We all have those days where we feel like nothing is going right, or the world is out to get us–it’s bound to happen! But if you are having “one of those days” everyday, try making one small adjustment to your outlook and see if that changes things.
This poster breaks down some of the habits that people develop, some healthy, and some not so much. If you feel yourself being weighed down all the time, you might want to dig deeper to figure out where that feeling is coming from. Try reading over this infographic and see if anything lines up to your habits. If you have more in common with the right side, look to the left and find out what the opposite habit is so that you can make adjustments toward being a happier, more successful person.
